2002 Holiday Season a Tremendous Success
Partnerships with The Family Giving Tree and Kiwanis International Exceed Goals

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – January 2, 2003 – In spite of very tough economic conditions and a 2002 holiday season in which charitable organizations saw a marked downturn in donations, MyTwoFrontTeeth.org exceeded its goal of 1500 sponsored wishes.  In total, 1576 children's wishes were fulfilled by generous donors who visited the MyTwoFrontTeeth.org website or one of the private-labeled sites of its affiliate partner organizations, such as The Family Giving Tree or Kiwanis International.  The toys were all purchased, wrapped, and delivered to the organizations on time.

In particular, the online wish-tree of The Family Giving Tree, which was "Powered by MyTwoFrontTeeth.org" succeeded in attracting over 300 sponsors, resulting in almost 800 fulfilled wishes.  "The MyTwoFrontTeeth.org system worked incredibly well," says Jennifer Cullenbine, CEO of The Family Giving Tree, "Not only did it result in over three times the number of online sponsorships we had last year, but it was extremely simple to use and saved us hundreds of hours and dollars in technical work."

Building on the dramatic success of its new business and operations model, MyTwoFrontTeeth.org expects to expand into an additional metropolitan area next year.  Working with additional community organizations, MyTwoFrontTeeth.org will continue to develop its affiliate partner program in an effort to define its next major location.  This year, though all of the children were from the San Francisco Bay Area, almost 6% of the sponsors hailed from out of the state, signifying the demand for a national program.

MyTwoFrontTeeth.org CEO, Josh McFarland, adds, “The goals we set for 2002 seemed almost unfathomable at the beginning of the holiday season.  Thanks to our partnerships with The Family Giving Tree and Kiwanis International, along with the fantastic support of the sponsors, we were able to exceed these high expectations.  Stay tuned for next year; it's going to be even bigger!”
